The Club

The Club it is the loyalty program Padel ITA rewards purchases of clothing Smart Fit, technical garments that stand out for their interactive embroidered patches.

Patches use the NFC technology, which allows each buyer to interact with the purchased item simply by bringing their smartphone close to it: a notification on the phone presents a product information page that confirms the authenticity of the purchased item.

Through the same web page, the buyer has the possibility to register the digital ownership of the product Enter your email address; you'll automatically be awarded the points you need to purchase that item. Points are cumulative and can be used to unlock rewards from the loyalty program. The Club.

Loyalty Program Regulations

Art. 1 Definitions

The expressions listed below, both in the plural and singular, have the meaning specified next to each of them:

  • “Padel ITA” means the Promoter as defined below;
  • “Site” means the website www.padelita.it, which hosts the online sales platform managed by Padel ITA.
  • “Retailers” means the Retailers of Padel ITA products;
  • “Conditions of Sale” means the general conditions of sale on the Site;
  • “Products” means Padel ITA branded goods, exclusively from the “Smart Fit” line (equipped with an interactive patch) which can be purchased online as they are present on the Site and/or from Retailers;
  • “Digital ownership of the product” means the registration of a Product, by associating the Customer's email address with it, an operation that is completed through the Customer's interaction via smartphone with the interactive patch with which the Product is equipped.
  • “Customer” means the recipient of the Program, a natural person identified by the email address indicated at the time of attribution of the “Digital Ownership of the Product” (via interactive patch);
  • "Program" means the program for rewarding Customers who make purchases on the Site and/or from Retailers using their email address. The reward program offers participants rewards based on their membership level. The Program, as well as enrollment, is governed by the Regulations, specifically Articles 4 and 5;
  • “Promoter” means the company Padel ITA di Del Re Alessandro, CFDLRLSN79P11A669E and VAT number 08516960724, with registered office in Trani, Via Gramsci n. 171;
  • “Regulations” means these regulations prepared by the Promoter;

Art. 2. How to Enroll in the Program, Duration and Purpose

Enrollment in the Program is free and is completed by registering digital ownership of the product (through the interactive patch) using an email address. Enrollment associates the email address provided during registration with a Customer Profile, used to accumulate loyalty points.

Enrollment in the Program begins upon successful registration of the “Digital Product Ownership” (with an email address).

There are no time limits on enrollment in the Program.

Each Customer can create only one Customer Profile using only one email address.

By enrolling in the Program, Customers understand and accept the Regulations and the terms contained therein.

The sole purpose of the Program is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that provides them with benefits for having a Customer Profile.

Art. 3 Program Levels and Rewards

Using your email address for purchases and accumulating loyalty points on your Customer Profile, pursuant to Article 4 below, gives you the opportunity to reach 5 different levels. Depending on your membership level, you will receive increasing rewards.

  • The “first level” is acquired upon reaching 25 loyalty points and offers the possibility of redeeming a Padel ITA windproof vest as a reward.
  • The “second level” is acquired upon reaching 50 loyalty points and offers the possibility of redeeming a Padel ITA cotton t-shirt as a reward.
  • The “third level” is acquired upon reaching 75 loyalty points and offers the possibility of redeeming a Padel ITA hoodie as a reward.
  • The “fourth level” is acquired upon reaching 100 loyalty points and offers the possibility of redeeming a Padel ITA softshell jacket as a reward.
  • The “fifth level” is acquired upon reaching 125 loyalty points and offers the possibility of redeeming a Caronte Edizione Oro Padel ITA racket as a prize.

Art. 4 Acquisition, crediting and validity of loyalty points

Loyalty points will be automatically uploaded to the Customer Profile after each registration of the “Digital Product Ownership”, which occurs via the same email relating to that Customer Profile.

In the event of withdrawal/return, loyalty points will be reversed, according to the same criteria as the credit, from the Customer Profile.

The value (quantity of loyalty points) corresponding to each Padel ITA Product from the “Smart Fit” line are indicated on the page of the Site that presents each Product.

Specific campaigns to acquire additional loyalty points may be implemented, at the discretion of Padel ITA, which will be adequately publicized and communicated to Customers.

Art. 5 Program Privileges

Once the various Program Levels have been reached, Customers will be able to benefit from the rewards specified in Article 3, which will be adequately publicized and communicated to Customers from time to time.

Art. 6 Modification, Suspension, and Interruption of the Program. Exemption.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify and/or suspend and/or terminate the Program at any time and at its sole discretion, in whole or in part, by providing notice by posting an appropriate notice on the Website and/or via the Customer Profile email address. Subject to the provisions of the following paragraph and Article 7, no exceptions and/or disputes in this regard may be raised by the Customer.

The Customer who does not accept the changes made has the right to cancel his/her registration, a right which, however, can be exercised at any time pursuant to the following Art. 7.

Using the Customer Profile email address to register “Digital Product Ownership” of Products purchased after the changes come into force implies express and full acceptance of the changes made.

Without prejudice to any other rights provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, the Promoter may revoke, at its sole discretion, the Customer's right to use the email address associated with the Customer Profile and deactivate it for Registrations, in the event of use in violation of the conditions set forth in these Regulations and/or in the event of abusive and/or harmful and/or denigratory use of the Padel ITA image and brand.

The Promoter is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect consequences related to malfunctions and/or problems with the Program and/or the Site beyond its control, nor is it responsible for any fraudulent and/or improper and/or abusive use of the Customer Profile email address.

Accumulated loyalty points cannot be transferred to third parties or converted into cash and/or other currencies and/or bitcoins.

Under no circumstances may the Customer assume the status of, and present himself as, by way of example and not limited to, an employee and/or representative and/or agent and/or principal of Padel ITA.

The Program privileges cannot be combined with other privileges and/or benefits and/or discounts, including commercial ones, and/or promotions reserved for Padel ITA employees and/or collaborators.

Art. 7 How to unsubscribe

The Customer may freely request at any time to be cancelled from the Program by sending, from the email address used at the time of registration of the digital product ownership, a communication to the email address info@padelita.it, with the subject “REMOVE ME FROM THE CLUB”.

From the date the cancellation request is received, the acquisition and accrual of loyalty points is disabled and any loyalty points accrued up to that point are cancelled, as is the level achieved. It is understood that, should a Customer wish to rejoin the Program, the loyalty points count will restart from zero, just as it would restart from the first level.

Art. 8 Communications and Contacts

Each level promotion, as well as any other communication relating to the Program, will be sent to the email address of the Customer Profile used to register the “Digital Property of the Product”.

For all requests for information relating to the Program and these Regulations, complaints and suggestions, the Customer can contact the Promoter by writing to the email address info@padelita.itThe Promoter will try to provide a response as quickly as possible.

Art. 9 Processing of personal data

The Promoter, as data controller, complies with the personal data protection provisions of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 and the relevant national legislation and fulfills the resulting obligations by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

As part of the implementation of this Program, the Promoter processes data for the purposes and in the manner better specified in the information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, which can be consulted by clicking here.

Art. 10 Applicable law, exclusive competent court

This Program is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation and execution of the Program and any other dispute of any kind related thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Trani.
