Loyalty Program

Registration and participation in "The Club" loyalty program according to the procedures described in the "The Club Loyalty Program Regulations" involves the processing of customers' personal data by Padel ITA di Del Re Alessandro. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, Padel ITA di Del Re Alessandro provides the following information regarding the processing of the personal data provided.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Padel ITA di Del Re Alessandro (CF DLRLSN79P11A669E and VAT number 08516960724) with registered office in Trani, Via Gramsci n. 171, email address info@padelita.it, PEC address alessandrodelre@pec.host.it (hereinafter “Company”).

2. Data Protection Officer

The Data Protection Officer appointed by the Company can be contacted by sending an email to the address info@padelita.it.

3. Personal data

Personal data means any information relating to the customer. Specifically, the processing will concern the following data:

  • name, surname, email address, date of birth and any additional data provided through the digital registration of the product (such as, for example, residential address, telephone number, favorite sport, number of family members and gender);
  • overall spending volume progressively realized, as well as information relating to purchases made by the customer (such as, for example, the product category of the purchased product, color and size);
4. Purpose of the processing

As part of the relationship with the Company, the Data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • registration and participation in the “The Club” loyalty program and creation of a customer profile;
  • management of obligations strictly connected to registration and participation in the “The Club” program, such as the awarding of prizes, discounts, benefits, experiences and special dedicated initiatives;
  • fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations related to participation in the “The Club” program, including those of an administrative nature;
  • entering and/or updating customer records for the “The Club” program;
  • sending communications containing information and strictly connected to the “The Club” program (such as, by way of example and not limited to, welcome communications, communications on reaching and exceeding levels, etc.);
  • Subscribe to the Company's newsletter and receive communications containing information and promotions regarding Padel ITA branded products, services, and events;
  • analysis of customer interests, purchasing habits, and tastes to allow the Company to personalize its product and service offerings, as well as send further communications in line with the customer's interests;
  • personalized assistance and advice when purchasing products from retailers participating in the “The Club” program;
  • exercise and defense of the Company's rights in all venues, including judicial, administrative, arbitration, and/or mediation and conciliation procedures.
5. Legal basis for processing

The processing of Data for the purposes indicated in the previous point 4) finds its legal basis, with reference to Art. 6 of the Regulation:

  • in the execution of the contract, as well as in the fulfillment of obligations connected to it to which the Company is subject;
  • in the legitimate interest of the Company;
  • with the express consent of the customer.
6. Methods of processing

For the purposes indicated in point 4 above, the Data will be processed using electronic and automated tools, in compliance with the regulatory provisions regarding the processing of personal data, adopting appropriate security measures. The Data will be processed by personnel performing activities related and instrumental to the management of "The Club" program (such as administrative staff, marketing staff, and IT staff), who are specifically authorized, trained, and instructed to ensure adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to prevent the risk of loss and/or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.

7. Communication and dissemination of data

The Data will not be disclosed. Within the limits strictly relevant to the purposes indicated in the previous point 4), the Data may be disclosed to:

  • entities authorized by law or regulation, such as, for example, the competent public authorities and the judicial authority;
  • subjects specifically appointed as Data Processors (natural persons or entities who process data on documented instructions from the Company such as, for example, the person responsible for managing and maintaining the IT systems, as well as the website.
8. Data retention period

The Data will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the Data was collected. Specifically, the Data processed:

  • For the purposes set out in point 4 above, data will be retained for the entire duration of participation in "The Club" and, in any case, until the rights arising from the relationship expire. Cancellation from "The Club" will, however, allow the customer to keep their customer profile active until they expressly request its closure.

However, without prejudice to the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent for processing based on this legal basis remains, to be exercised according to the methods better described in point 9 below, as well as the fulfillment of specific retention obligations required by law and the exercise of the Company's right to defend itself in the event of a dispute.

9. Rights of the interested party

With reference to the Data, you have the right to ask the Company in the manner indicated by the Regulation and without prejudice to the provisions and limitations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Part I – Title I – Chapter III):

  • the rectification of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete data
  • the deletion of Data for the reasons set out in the Regulation, such as when they are no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;
  • the limitation of processing for the hypotheses envisaged (art. 18 of the Regulation), such as when the accuracy of the Data is contested and it is necessary to verify its correctness;
  • portability, i.e. the right to receive, in the cases provided for by the Regulation, the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such Data to another data controller;
  • opposition to the processing, in the cases provided for by the Regulation.

In relation to the purposes referred to in point 4) above, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. All the rights listed above may be exercised by sending the Company a communication via email to the address info@padelita.it.

10. Complaint

If the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

11. Nature of the provision of data

Providing your data is mandatory and strictly necessary for participation in the program and to fulfill your requests.

12. Transfer of Data Abroad

The Data is stored at the Company's headquarters and on servers located in the European Union. Should the Data be transferred to countries outside the European Union, the Company undertakes to ensure that such transfer is carried out in compliance with adequate data protection safeguards, as required by Articles 46 and 47 of the Regulation.
