Withdrawal from the contract

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (with names, logos, or flags), as provided for by the Consumer Code (Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Section II, Art. 59, Letter C), issued with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the buyer in the case of the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
