Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days from order placement. Shipping costs vary based on the amount spent, the type of product purchased, and the delivery area, but are typically €5. Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €70. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, there is an additional €5 charge. More information

You will receive an email from GLS as soon as your order is ready to go. You can decide whether to accept delivery on the day and time slot indicated in the email, or choose to collect your order at a GLS collection point, or change the delivery date of your order. More information

To track your shipment, go to the section Orders of your account and click the "View" button next to the desired order. As soon as it's available, you'll find the tracking code and instructions for tracking your delivery.

If you have not customized the product you can return it and obtain a refund via bank transfer. To return one or more products you can follow the procedure described on the page Returns and refunds.

We will proceed with the refund by bank transfer no later than 14 working days from communication of the right of withdrawal, only and exclusively after a careful check of the status of the returned goods.

No, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Art. 59, letter c), the right of withdrawal/change of mind does not apply to personalized, made-to-measure, or clearly customized products, as they are difficult to resell to third parties.
