Size changes, returns and refunds

We want your shopping experience to be consistently satisfying. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or if you need to exchange a size, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange simply and transparently, in full compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Our policy allows you to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package, guaranteeing you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange for the correct size.

Right of withdrawal

Art. 54 cdc Consumer Code: 1. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the professional must execute the order within thirty days starting from the day following the day on which the consumer sent the order to the professional. 2. In case of failure to execute the order by the professional, due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the requested good or service, the professional, within the deadline referred to in paragraph 1, informs the consumer, according to the methods set out in article 53, paragraph 1, and provides for the reimbursement of any sums already paid for the payment of the supply. Unless the consumer consents, to be expressed before or at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the professional cannot fulfill by carrying out a supply other than that agreed upon, even if of equivalent or superior value and quality.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for private individuals and not for VAT holders, unless the desire to withdraw arises from causes attributable to production defects, hidden damage caused by outward transport or discrepancies with the order. . Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract without necessarily specifying the reason for the return.

Please note that, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Art. 59, letter c), the right of withdrawal/change of mind does not apply to personalized, made-to-measure, or clearly customized products, as they are difficult to resell to third parties.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the buyer must, within 14 working days starting from the delivery date, access the withdrawal page and follow the procedure, starting by entering your order number and billing email.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer. From the moment Padel ITA accepts the return request, the customer will have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to ship the return. After this period, the buyer will no longer be entitled to the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs and any redelivery costs will be borne entirely by Padel Ita only if the goods are clearly damaged in their components or structure upon opening. Return shipping costs and any redelivery costs are borne entirely by the buyer if they decide to return the goods without valid reason.

After obtaining the return authorization from the operator, the buyer must ship the product to: Del Re Alessandro – via Gramsci, 171 – CAP 76125 – Trani (BT) – Italy.

Padel Ita will proceed with the refund via bank transfer no later than 14 working days from communication of the right of withdrawal only and exclusively after a careful check of the status of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal is completely lost if the returned product is not intact, or is missing the original external and internal packaging, is damaged or even partially used.

Change size

If you wish to change the size of an item purchased on the Padelita.it website, please give prior notice via WhatsApp (to the number 3476558253) or via e-mail (to the address info@padelita.it), indicating the desired size for the product purchased.

Our Customer Service team will confirm the availability of your desired size and then request the exchange. Once the desired size is available, the customer must ship the exchange (at their own expense) using any courier to the following address: Del Re Alessandro – Via Gramsci, 171 – CAP 76125 – Trani (BT) – Italy – specifying the telephone number 3476558253 in the notes to the courier.

Padel ITA will then take care of sending (at its own expense) the garment of the desired size to the Customer.

If the item for which you want to request a size change was purchased together with other products, you will have to send only the item you want to replace (therefore not the other products purchased in the same order).

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (with names, logos, or flags), as provided for by the Consumer Code (Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Section II, Art. 59, Letter C), issued with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the buyer in the case of purchase of a Gift Voucher.
